General Specifications for Construction Castings

Castings shall be uniform in quality, free from blow holes, porosity, hard spots, shrinkage defects, swells, cracks or other injurious defects. Surfaces shall be smooth and true to pattern. Castings shall conform to A.S.T.M. A48-94 Class 35B or better for Gray Iron and A.S.T.M. A536 Grade 65-45-12 for Ductile Iron or per specification. Aluminum castings specification 356 Alloy. Paint options are available - bituminous paint or rust inhibit primer.

Letter of Compliance or Certification Report including Chemical Analysis, Mechanical Properties, and Microstructure Analysis are available on specification. Engineering and drawings furnished for new product designs or unique variations to standard products. McKinley Products are made in the U.S.A. McKinley Ironworks, Inc. is a WBE organization.
